These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoverageCooperative's virtual items and buffs ("Virtual Items") for our in-game multiplayer video game servers, including ConquerEarthMC.com Minecraft Server, which are sold exclusively through our website, https://store.conquerearthmc.c... ("Services"). By purchasing and using our Virtual Items, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchases.

1. Virtual Items, Refunds, and Chargebacks

1.1 Virtual Items: All Virtual Items purchased through our Services, including those for the ConquerEarthMC.com Minecraft Server, are digital and non-transferable. They are intended solely for in-game use and have no real-world value.

1.2 Refunds: Due to the nature of Virtual Items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. Once a purchase is completed, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund, exchange, or reimbursement.

1.3 Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback or dispute initiated through PayPal or any other payment method, you agree to contact us directly first to attempt to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication and resolution attempts with CoverageCooperative may result in immediate suspension of your account and legal actions to recover any disputed amounts, as permitted by applicable laws. Upon review, we reserve every right to refuse or ignore any and all form of any amount of chargeback(s) or refund(s).

2. User Account and Virtual Items

2.1 Account Termination: CoverageCooperative reserves the absolute right to permanently ban users, and their IP addresses, and terminate their accounts for any reason, without prior notice. This includes instances of fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or violations of these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that any termination shall not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

2.2 Revocation of Virtual Items: CoverageCooperative may, at its sole discretion, revoke your access to purchased Virtual Items or benefits for the ConquerEarthMC.com Minecraft Server or from the https://store.conquerearthmc.c... Webstore if there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms. Such actions may be taken without prior notice, and you acknowledge that CoverageCooperative shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from the revocation of Virtual Items.

2.3 CoverageCooperative reserves the right to make any kind of change, modification, or removal of a purchase/package or its contents.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when making purchases through our Services. CoverageCooperative is not responsible for any issues or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Warranty: CoverageCooperative provides its Services "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the Virtual Items will be error-free or provide specific benefits or results in the video game.

4.2 No Liability: In no event shall CoverageCooperative, its affiliates, partners, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Virtual Items, including but not limited to refunds, chargebacks, account termination, or Virtual Item revocation.

6. Governing Law

By purchasing and using our Virtual Items, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not permitted to use our Services.

Upon purchasing, you accept that all purchases, ranks, crates, and their rewards, abilities, and attributes are all subject to change.
