Terms Of Service
Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ConquerEarthMC website, store, game servers, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), including purchases of ranks, crates, cosmetic items, in-game currency, commands, buffs, subscriptions, and other virtual benefits ("Virtual Items").
The Services are operated by CoverageCooperative, doing business as ConquerEarthMC ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Services, creating an account, making a purchase, or using a Virtual Item, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or make a purchase.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate, current information when using the Services or placing an order.
If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and make or authorize any purchase on your behalf.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your Minecraft account, store account, payment account, and any account linked to your purchase. Keep your account credentials secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to an account where the loss did not result from our failure to protect our systems.
2. Virtual Items and License
Virtual Items are digital, in-game benefits made available for use on ConquerEarthMC. They are not real-world property, have no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, sublicensed, or redeemed for money unless we expressly authorize this in writing.
When you purchase a Virtual Item, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that Virtual Item in accordance with these Terms and the applicable server rules. You do not acquire ownership of the Virtual Item or any intellectual-property rights in it.
Virtual Items may require that you enter the correct Minecraft username or other account information at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate before completing a purchase.
3. One-Time Purchases
Unless a product page expressly states that an item is recurring, the purchase is a one-time payment.
We aim to deliver eligible Virtual Items promptly, but delivery may be delayed by payment review, technical issues, incorrect account information, server maintenance, fraud-prevention measures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot deliver a purchased Virtual Item because of an error attributable to us, we may, at our option, correct the issue, provide an equivalent replacement, issue store credit, or provide a refund where required by applicable law or appropriate under the circumstances.
4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Some ranks or other Virtual Items are sold as recurring subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor, including PayPal where applicable, to charge the recurring price shown at checkout at the frequency disclosed on the applicable product page, such as monthly, until you cancel.
The checkout page and product page will identify whether an item is a subscription, the recurring billing interval, and the price charged for each billing period.
Your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period already paid for unless we terminate or suspend it under these Terms. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.
You may cancel a subscription through the store, where that option is available, or through the payment provider used for the subscription. PayPal customers can manage automatic payments through their PayPal account settings.
To avoid the next renewal, cancel before the next billing date. You are responsible for cancelling recurring payments associated with your payment account.
We may change subscription prices or features prospectively. If we make a material change to the recurring price or billing terms, we will provide notice through the store, email where available, or another reasonable method before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is permitted by applicable law.
5. Refunds
Because Virtual Items are digital and may be delivered or made available immediately, purchases are generally final once the item has been delivered, activated, or used.
However, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may review refund requests for situations such as:
•A duplicate charge.
•A technical delivery failure caused by us.
•An unauthorized transaction, subject to verification.
•A material error in the item delivered.
•Any other situation in which a refund is required by applicable law.
To request support or a refund review, contact us first through our official support channel and include the purchaser's name, transaction ID, purchase date, Minecraft username, and a description of the issue.
If a recurring subscription is cancelled, the cancellation applies to future renewals. Amounts already charged for the current billing period are ordinarily non-refundable unless required by law or approved by us after review.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, incorrect, duplicated, or associated with a delivery problem, please contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
You retain any dispute rights provided by applicable law, your payment provider, or your card issuer. Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may temporarily suspend the relevant account, subscription, or Virtual Items while the matter is investigated. If a dispute is resolved in our favor, or if we reasonably determine that a chargeback was fraudulent or abusive, we may revoke related Virtual Items, restrict future purchases, suspend or ban the relevant account, and pursue recovery of amounts lawfully owed to us.
7. Server Rules and Enforcement
Your use of Virtual Items is subject to the ConquerEarthMC server rules, community guidelines, and any instructions issued by staff.
We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms, server rules, or applicable law. To protect the community and Services, we may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to an account or Virtual Items where we reasonably believe that a user has engaged in cheating, exploitation, harassment, fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, account compromise, evasion of prior enforcement, or other misconduct.
Except where required by law, enforcement action does not create a right to a refund, credit, replacement, or compensation. We may take action without advance notice where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, community safety, or server integrity.
8. Changes to Virtual Items and Services
Minecraft servers and their economies change over time. We may modify, rebalance, replace, discontinue, disable, or remove Virtual Items, ranks, rewards, commands, abilities, crate contents, cosmetics, pricing, server features, and other aspects of the Services.
We may also perform maintenance, updates, resets, migrations, or service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when practical, but we do not guarantee that a specific Virtual Item, feature, reward, ability, server mode, or package component will remain available indefinitely.
Changes will not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
•Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
•Buy, sell, trade, transfer, or attempt to transfer Virtual Items or accounts without our written authorization.
•Exploit bugs, duplication issues, payment errors, or unintended game mechanics.
•Circumvent bans, restrictions, payment controls, or technical safeguards.
•Use stolen payment methods, false identity information, or another person's payment account without authorization.
•Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services.
•Misrepresent an affiliation with ConquerEarthMC or CoverageCooperative.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services and Virtual Items are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services or that any Virtual Item will produce a particular in-game result, rank, status, economic value, gameplay outcome, or advantage.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoverageCooperative and its owners, staff, affiliates, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, access, profits, goodwill, or virtual progress.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Virtual Item or subscription giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Material changes will apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel any active subscriptions before their next renewal.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Province and Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in the courts located in [County/Region, State/Province, Country], unless applicable law requires otherwise or gives you the right to bring a claim in another forum.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us through our official support channel and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
13. Contact
For questions, billing assistance, subscription cancellation support, or refund requests, contact us through the official ConquerEarthMC Discord support system or another official support channel listed on our website.
